B.S. in Hospitality Management, now building the funnels, GHL automations, and agency-standard copy that turn skeptical prospects into booked, retained clients.

I came into marketing automation through hospitality, not through ads. A B.S. in Hospitality Management trained me to think in terms of guest experience — noticing what someone needs before they ask, keeping every touchpoint consistent, and never letting a follow-up slip.
My approach treats a funnel the way a good front desk runs a property: nothing is left to memory. Every stage a lead moves through — first contact, nurture, booking, retention — is mapped, tagged, and automated so the business runs the same way whether I'm in the system or not. I plan in Miro, build in GoHighLevel, and draft strategy and copy with Claude.
Right now I'm focused on service-based businesses — studios, clinics, and local brands — that have real demand but a leaky, manual follow-up process standing between them and a full calendar.
business requirement analysis
Digging into a client's actual business — offers, sales process, bottlenecks — during discovery to define exactly what the system needs to do before any building starts.
strategy planning
Turning discovery into a full marketing plan — how awareness, nurture, booking, and retention connect into one integrated campaign, not just a list of tactics.
funnel design mapping
Laying out the customer journey stage by stage in Miro — every entry point, decision, and exit — so the funnel's logic is clear before it's built in GHL.
high converting assets
Writing the landing pages, emails, and SMS copy that actually move a skeptical prospect to book — agency-standard messaging, not generic templates.
GHL automation setup
Building the live system in GoHighLevel workflows, tag architecture, and pipeline configuration that a client's team can actually run the business on.
Campaign Optimization
Reading the results once a campaign is live and adjusting messaging, timing, and workflow logic to improve conversion over time.
A skincare studio needed a booking funnel that could handle skeptical, research-heavy prospects — and a backend that wouldn't rely on manual follow-up to keep leads from going cold.
Wrote landing page and email copy to a professional agency standard, then built and documented 16 connected GHL workflows on top of a complete tag architecture and pipeline configuration.
16 connected, documented workflows handed over as a system a real client could run their business on — not a one-off campaign.
01
Sit down with the client to learn every small detail about their business: how they get leads, where things break down, and what a "win" looks like.
02
Turn discovery into a full strategy document and integrated campaign plan before any building starts.
03
Map the funnel in Miro, then build it as a live system in GoHighLevel: tags, pipelines, and connected workflows.
04
Write everything up in a clear document so the client's team can run and maintain the system without me in the room.
Reach out with a bit about your business and where leads are currently falling through — I typically reply within 1–2 business days.
